Division Manager

Division Manager to oversee all associates in the assigned division (sales, office, warehouse) and all aspects of operations. Key duties include managing 80% of DSD management/personnel, sales and operations; collaborating with Independent Operators; controlling financials including P&L and sales budgets; budget and planning for the Retail Division; producing regular activity and results reports; coordinating marketing and sales activities; monitoring market information and competitive pricing; developing and maintaining accounts; reducing out-of-stock situations; ensuring DC compliance with requirements; building a motivated, trained sales-management team; coordinating quarterly meetings; restructuring distribution flow and establishing new routes; developing staff and managing performance and relations; and managing shuttle drivers. Requirements include 1+ years in DSD retail or field-based supervision, experience with Independent Operator networks, a college degree in business is desired but not required, strong computer skills, independence, organization, communication, problem-solving, timely reporting, and Spanish bilingualism preferred but not required.
