Job Summary
Lead strategic growth and market development for SENNEBOGEN equipment in East Canada; drive sales targets of 6–8 machines per year near term and 10–12 machines per year over the next few years; build and maintain relationships with key customers and OEM partners; collaborate with Parts, Service, Rental, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams; participate in high-value customer meetings and negotiations; monitor sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs; coordinate training and development for sales and branch teams; represent NORS Canada at industry events, trade shows, and customer functions; travel 40%–60% within the assigned region; uphold safety policies and promote equal opportunity in the workplace.
