Division Manager - Dewatering

Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the dewatering division, managing project managers, superintendents, and field personnel across heavy civil, municipal, and utility projects in Texas. Develop and execute growth strategies while overseeing estimating, project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Build client relationships with contractors, municipalities, and engineers to support business development and project pursuits. Review contracts, budgets, schedules, and project performance to ensure safety, quality, and profitability objectives are met. Establish operating procedures and best practices while recruiting and mentoring technical and field personnel.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of construction management or operations leadership experience
- Experience leading self-perform construction operations
- Strong background in heavy civil, utilities, infrastructure, environmental, or specialty contracting
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, personnel, and project execution
- Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills
- Ability to build and grow a division within a fast-paced environment
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening
