Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned pool facilities while building strong client relationships to achieve annual renewal and growth goals. Identify and close opportunities in service, renovation, and management sales, and lead staff training with an emphasis on safety and compliance. Partner with local health departments to ensure adherence to regulations and direct Area Pool Supervisors during peak season from March through September. Perform additional leadership duties as assigned, reporting to the office and traveling to client facilities as needed. This on-site role requires availability for extended hours and occasional Saturdays during busy periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (pool/property management, construction, landscaping)
- 3+ years of experience in account management and sales
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proven leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and email platforms
- Availability for longer hours and occasional Saturdays during peak season
- This is an on-site position
- The Division Manager is expected to report to the office
- Travel to client facilities as needed
