Job Summary
Monitor the activities of the maintenance division of Plant Operations and oversee the associate development of staff in this division. Collaborate with the manager to participate in hiring, supervising, training, performance management, and evaluation of employees using independent judgment. Confer with the Director of Plant Operations regarding daily operations, project management, customer satisfaction, and all regulatory requirements. Requires six years of experience in general maintenance trades, with preferred certificates in plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical design.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Six (6) years experience in general maintenance trades
