Job Summary
Lead division startup for commercial waterproofing, spray polyurethane foam, and firestopping within a building envelope practice. responsibilities include estimating, bidding, and project management for commercial jobs; overseeing field installations to ensure codes compliance and quality; building supplier and client relationships to support growth; training and managing small teams; collaborating with ownership on equipment procurement and strategic planning. Moderate regional travel. Hybrid work arrangement based in the Kansas City or Houston area, with consideration for other OK/TX areas. Requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a related bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong leadership and communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Certifications in relevant trades (e.g., UL firestopping) a plus
- 5+ years in commercial waterproofing, spray foam, or firestopping
- Proven estimating and field expertise
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
