Job Summary
Responsible for the overall sales and satisfaction for existing customers within assigned territory, including training Inside Sales representatives and serving as a liaison between the Commercial Sales Manager, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and Customer Development Specialists. Help the team achieve goals and drive performance within the territory. Includes collaboration across functions to ensure customer success and alignment with company objectives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Five years customer service or inside sales experience
- one year supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of education, training and/or relevant work experience may be considered
