Job Summary
Division Inside Sales Team Supervisor leads the sales and satisfaction efforts for existing customers in the assigned territory, trains Inside Sales representatives, and serves as a liaison among the Commercial Sales Manager, procurement, warehouse, transportation, and Customer Development Specialists. The role focuses on achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction, with opportunities to develop leadership within a growing, veteran-friendly food-service organization. We value collaboration, cross-functional coordination, and a track record of supervisory experience in inside sales or customer-service environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Five years previous customer service or inside sales experience
- one year previous supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
