Job Summary
Develop and implement divisional procedures, performance objectives, and annual business plans aligned with senior management. Oversee day-to-day fiscal management to achieve revenue and operating income goals while analyzing monthly financial indicators. Direct sales growth initiatives, marketing strategies, and subcontractor management to maximize profits and daily production. Provide management oversight for construction staff, ensuring high-quality project delivery and meeting customer satisfaction survey targets. Lead recruitment, talent development, and continuous process improvement across all business areas. Act as the primary liaison for corporate policies and standards while representing the company professionally with employees, customers, and the community. Requires full P&L accountability, approximately 25% travel, and ability to work in outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 8 years of progressive business experience with full P&L and business unit management
