Job Summary
Division Finance Manager leads financial management for the Midwest Fusion division, including monthly performance reviews, annual budgeting, joint venture reporting, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement. Responsibilities include developing growth models for new and acquired clinics, leading 3-year operating plan forecasting, and partnering with Division Vice Presidents and the Group Finance Director to drive strategic outcomes. Strong emphasis on analytical finance skills, data-driven decision making, coaching non-finance teammates on Excel tools, and effective communication with senior leadership. Travel up to 10% required; healthcare industry background and experience implementing AI workflows are preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel (and related finance systems like Essbase, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential, with the role acting as a strategic finance partner to divisional leaders and clinical teams.
