Job Summary
Division Director of Implant Support (DDIS) for Aspen Dental region(s) overseeing strategic execution and growth of the implant category, acting as a business partner to owners, educating office teams on product and treatment plans, and bridging TAG with supplier partners to drive patient-centered solutions. Responsibilities include developing division growth plans, engaging field leadership, analyzing customer trends, coordinating with owners and division leaders to achieve sales goals, sharing feedback on product effectiveness and opportunities, staying informed on clinical data and competitive activity, and coaching field leadership to improve performance while fostering supplier relationships and driving engagement across the division. The role emphasizes travel within the assigned region and partnership with regional managers to address performance issues and execute center-wide incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience (e.g., dental supply sales, orthodontics, implants)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/product lines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong business acumen and sales planning experience
- Ability to travel up to 80%
- Relationship-building with owners, staff, and suppliers
- Educates office teams on product benefits and treatment plans
- Applies product knowledge to growth strategies
