Job Summary
Division Director of Implant Support (DDIS) for Aspen Dental. Responsibilities include creating annual business category strategic execution plans based on overall company direction; engaging and enrolling field leadership through communication, education and follow-up; developing and executing division growth plans to support opportunities and forecast expectations; analyzing division customer trends and implementing activities to achieve sales goals; partnering with owners, office staff, and division leaders to achieve desired results; informing strategic direction and marketing plans by providing feedback on product effectiveness and patient needs; communicating product issues or competitive strategies impacting growth; staying informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, and competitive activity to guide strategies; educating owners, office staff, and division leaders on products, innovation and sales opportunities to drive engagement; monitoring performance and creating improvement plans; executing centrally planned division contests and incentives; fostering relationships with suppliers to stay up-to-date on features and opportunities; advising owners on opportunities related to patient treatment plans; identifying growth drivers and coaching office staff to capitalize on opportunities; coaching regional managers to address performance issues as needed. Travel extensively within the assigned region and work within Ohio remote setup as indicated by location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience – e.g., dental supply sales, orthodontics, lab, implants
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, product lines, or areas of a business, resulting in financial growth
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Strong business acumen, data insights, and sales planning experiences
- Ability to conduct 80% travel within assigned division
