Job Summary
Lead strategic HR oversight across assigned divisions, serving as the primary partner to senior leadership on policy application and compliance. Manage complex employee relations investigations, including discrimination and harassment cases, by conducting witness interviews, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring timely resolution. Advise leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and terminations while supporting retention strategies and engagement initiatives. Design and deliver operational and leadership training to strengthen organizational capability. Leverage data trends to identify risks and opportunities for culture and outcomes improvement. Requires SHRM-CP/SCP certification and 5-8 years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- 5-8 years
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus
Desired Qualifications
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
