Job Summary
Oversee business operations and sales across San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Midland/Odessa markets for a portfolio of 45 work-family members, including three Client Relations Managers. Spend approximately 40% of time building relationships with customers to drive sales and growth, while dedicating another 40% to staff development through monthly one-on-ones, development plans, and accountability conversations. Allocate 20% of time to projects, change management, and learning initiatives. Ensure optimized operations of complex service products and uphold same-day customer service standards. Manage a team of over 25 salaried professionals with occasional minor travel and evening client meetings. Report to the Vice President of Client Relations with high autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university
- Employment experience for 15 years minimum
- At least 8 years of developing staff
- Prior experience managing team(s) with over twenty-five salaried professional employees
- Detailed hands-on experience with operations, service delivery, financials, HR, relationship building, growth, team motivation and engagement
- Minor travel
