Job Summary
Multi-site financial leadership role focused on partnering with Operations Leaders; responsible for costing, general and inventory accounting, payroll, AR/AP, planning and analysis, internal controls, ERP integration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive site and division performance. Requires a BA/BS in accounting, finance, or business/economics, 8+ years of experience, and manufacturing exposure. Strong leadership, process documentation, and ability to communicate financials to senior management are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in accounting, finance, Business or Economics
- 8+ yrs exp pref’d
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment pref’d
- experience with Financial Reporting/Forecasting/Planning and Internal Controls
- ERP systems and ERP system integration
- leadership/mentoring experience
