Division Controller

Manage financial reporting and accounting systems for Timber Products while complying with company policies. Lead the monthly period-end close, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, generating financial statements, and producing operating statistical reports. Oversee financial processes and internal controls regarding purchase activity, production usage, manufacturing costs, and inventory management. Develop product costing models, standard costs, and variance analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions. Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning to guide resource allocation. Prepare year-end audit work papers, support external audits, and ensure timely tax filings. Track key operating metrics and enforce compliance during monthly physical inventories. Mentor team members and stay current on industry trends. Work fulltime onsite in the Medford area.
