Focus areas include GAAP-compliant financial reporting, audits and SOX control adherence, collaboration with executive leadership on strategic decisions, and driving efficiency and scalability in finance processes. Requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, experience in manufacturing, and ability to manage a growing organization; travel minimal expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; MBA preferred; CPA or CMA designation preferred
