Division Controller - Operations

Job Summary
Direct daily accounting functions for specific locations, including cash collection activities, internal controls audits, and SOX compliance maintenance. Prepare financial statements, filings, and ad hoc analyses to support decision-making while coordinating monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closes. Manage budget processing with account executives, lead team members through goal-setting and training, and assess operations to implement process improvements. Ensure adherence to all company, state, and federal policies regarding employment and safety. Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, 5-7 years of experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamic CRM.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, accounting or other related field
- 5-7 years of business experience with increasing responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment
- Legally eligible to work in the US
- Outstanding relationship management skills
- Excellent listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics for CRM or similar software systems
