Job Summary
Division Controller for the Fresh Division overseeing accounting operations, month-end close, internal controls, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting across a multi-entity environment. Leads and mentors junior staff, partners with the VP of Finance and division/brand leadership, and drives process improvements and automation. Requires strong accounting knowledge (GAAP), 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CMA/CFA certification desirable. Hybrid role based in Bannockburn, IL.
