Division and Project Procurement Manager (m/f/d) in Vienna or Weiz, to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies for complex capital projects and divisional portfolios, ensure material availability and on-time delivery, manage supplier relationships and risk, collaborate with project management and global SCM structures, drive strategic sourcing, ESG compliance, and digitalization across processes, and oversee contract negotiations, with a market-based salary and up to 40% remote work. Requires university degree, strong project experience in plant engineering, SAP/SCM proficiency, English (German a plus), and willingness to travel 40%.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent
- Strong project experience in plant engineering (Anlagenbau) and complex capital projects
- Expertise in demand planning, procurement, logistics, and supplier management
- Proficiency in SAP and common SCM tools
- Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel (40%)
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
