Job Summary
Division Administrator - Health leads and manages a team to initiate, plan, design, execute, monitor, and control forest county tribal health services; directs collaboration across divisions to ensure seamless service delivery; embeds Native American culture into Health and Wellness programs; works with Health Advisory Board and Elder Board; manages the Self-Governance Title V Compact with the U.S. HHS and ensures FQHC compliance; develops marketing, metrics, and revenue strategies; coaches and develops staff; oversees grants, contracts, and agreements; represents FCPT in appropriate venues; enforces tribal preference in hiring; prioritizes training and self-governance. Preferred Master’s degree with 5+ years (or Bachelor’s with 10+ years) in senior management of finance, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or related field; experience in clinic, hospital, public health, or long-term health care; knowledge of regulatory/accrediting bodies; background checks and immunization requirements are part of the role; 5 weeks PTO, holidays, comprehensive benefits.
