Job Summary
Division 10 Project Manager responsible for overseeing division-specific projects (Division 10: Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) in construction. Responsibilities include analyzing architectural blueprints and specifications, managing submittals, procuring materials with suppliers, collaborating with estimating on budgets, monitoring expenses, coordinating staffing and resources, developing project schedules, communicating with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams, delivering milestones through professional presentations, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Requires 2-3 years in the trade, strong organizational and cost-management skills, and proficiency with project coordination and technology.
