Division 10/12 Sales/Estimator

Sales estimator role focusing on preparing detailed cost estimates from drawings/blueprints, collaborating with the sales team and project managers, and developing estimates for Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Blinds) materials. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for bids and proposals, communicating pricing breakdowns and value propositions, coordinating with vendors for product information and lead times, and supporting the sales process to win new business. The role requires understanding of division materials, pricing structures, market trends, and the ability to turn client requirements into detailed, profitability-aligned estimates. Other duties as assigned.
