Job Summary
Division 10/12 Construction Project Manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10 (Bathroom Partitions & Grab Rails) and Division 12 (Roller Shade Blinds) projects. Responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting architectural blueprints, ensuring design intent compliance, preparing and submitting submittals for specialty products, procuring materials with suppliers, aiding the estimating team to establish budgets, monitoring expenses, coordinating staffing with superintendents, organizing resource allocation, developing schedules, coordinating with customers/subcontractors/internal teams, providing project updates, delivering professional presentations on milestones, and fostering customer relationships (including occasional entertainment events). Includes duties as assigned and requires 2-3 years in the trade, strong multi-tasking, cost awareness, and excellent organizational skills. Required Qualifications
