Job Summary
Measure and mark surfaces to hang bathroom partitions, accessories, and wall protection according to blueprints. Inspect wall surfaces for imperfections and coordinate with general contractors and subcontractors regarding project expectations. Oversee less experienced installers and laborers while identifying and resolving site-specific conflicts before they become roadblocks. Competently instruct and inspect quality installations across commercial projects, including toilet partitions, fire extinguisher cabinets, and visual displays. Requires three years of experience, proficiency with scaffolding and ladders, and bilingual skills (English/Spanish) as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience and skills to perform
- experience to be safe with baker scaffolding, and ladders
- Compliant with safety procedures
- Dependable transportation
- Blinds and electronic blinds experience
