Job Summary
Develop alternate solutions and design options while providing analysis and recommendations to address complex structural engineering challenges. Coordinate work products for compliance with standards, develop specifications and drawings based on client input, and identify risks to recommend solutions. Assist senior staff in project coordination efforts and collaborate with the full design team to support innovative, sustainable solutions for high-rise and industrial facilities. Requires ACDE Dive School Diploma or Military Diving Diploma, valid driver's license, and specific underwater bridge inspection certifications. Based in Novi, Michigan or Lansing, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver's license
- MVR check required
- ACDE Dive School Diploma or Military Diving Diploma
- ADCI Surface Supplied Air Diving Supervisor (Or ability to obtain with Military Experience)
- ADCI Mixed Gas Diver
- ADCI Mixed Gas Diving Supervisor
- FHWA-NHI-130055 or 130056 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges Certification
- FHWA-NHI-130091 Underwater Bridge Inspection Certification
- ADCI Air Diver or ADCI Air Diving Supervisor
- TWIC Card
- Attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
