Job Summary
Perform diving maintenance operations and manage inventory accountability for LOGSUPPU-2 assets. Process property requests, conduct monthly through annual inventories, and investigate missing or damaged equipment. Maintain records for issue, turn-in, gain, and loss using SIPRNET and the Accountability Property System of Record (APSR). Coordinate equipment procurement and ensure compliance with Department of Defense standards. Maintain physical readiness by lifting, carrying, and maneuvering diving components in water-adjacent or hazardous environments.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
- Minimum three (3) years of inventory management experience within Naval Special Warfare (NSW)
- Experience with SWALIS/DPAS or similar Accountability Property System of Record (APSR)
- Experience managing capital assets, inventory systems, and property accountability processes
- Familiarity with diving equipment maintenance and lifecycle support
- Qualification as a 3M Work Center Supervisor (303)
- Ability to maintain required training and system access credentials
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must accurately input and manage data across systems
- Must be able to obtain and maintain installation access
- Ability to perform physically demanding maintenance and inspection tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver diving equipment and components
- Ability to stand, climb, bend, and work in confined or water-adjacent environments
- Ability to operate in hazardous or specialized maintenance environments (e.g., oxygen systems)
- Must be available to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS) in support of maintenance and inventory operations
- Travel required to support remote training site maintenance and inventory checks
