Job Summary
Diversity & Inclusion Advocate to provide person-centred advocacy support to service users affected by domestic abuse with intersectional needs. The role involves raising awareness through community outreach, delivering educational sessions and professional training, and liaising with local agencies to develop partnerships. Requires safeguarding and risk assessment experience and the ability to advocate for service users with additional needs. 30-34 hours per week, fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027 (extension subject to funding). Applicants must have access to their own vehicle. Based in Southampton, Hampshire, with flexible working provisions and equal opportunities commitment. The organization operates a TOIL system and welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds.
Required Qualifications
