Job Summary
DEI Manager at Accor responsible for leading DEI strategy and roadmap across brands and regions, translating commitments into actionable initiatives with Sustainability Leaders and P&C networks. Develop and deploy programs to create an inclusive guest experience (e.g., LGBTQI+ inclusion), support inclusive recruitment and promotion processes, embed DEI in talent development and reporting to COMEX, monitor KPIs, benchmark trends, and build external partnerships. Engage cross-functionally with P&C, brand and regional teams in international, hospitality-focused environments; collaborate with sustainability performance teams and internal communications to advance DEI. Role requires designing and deploying DEI strategies, strong program management, analytic capabilities, and bilingual communication (EN/FR); remote work is possible several days per week from France, with hybrid arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in DEI, sustainability or social impact roles
- Designing and deploying DEI strategies and programs
- Cross-functional coordination with P&C, brand and regional teams
- International and multicultural environments
- Hospitality or consumer-facing industries (a plus)
- Strong project management skills
- Good knowledge of DEI topics (gender equality, LGBTQI+ inclusion, accessibility) and related standards
- Analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (EN/FR)
