Job Summary
Diversity & Inclusion Advocate – LGBTQIA+ responsible for holistic throughcare for LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing FDV, delivering case management, facilitating workshops, and strengthening connections within the LGBTQIA+ community. Works across programs, provides guidance within the organisation, and advocates for LGBTQIA+ Victim Survivors. Role is full-time, fixed-term until June 2027, based in Bentley with some travel across the Perth Metropolitan area, and involves collaboration with multiple teams and trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches.
Required Qualifications
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Working with Children\'s Card
- WA driver\'s license
- Qualification in Cert III in Community Services or related discipline
