Diversion Family Service Coordinator

Diversion Family Service Coordinator to assist families experiencing housing crises through diversion services, shelter assessments, and direct support. Responsibilities include conducting diversion screenings, identifying immediate safe alternatives to shelter, developing short-term housing resolution plans, evaluating access to housing and basic needs, coordinating referrals to community resources, maintaining accurate documentation, applying trauma-informed and strengths-based practices, coordinating with landlords and shelters, completing shelter assessments and intakes, assisting walk-in families with crisis support and resource connection, and performing other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work or related field (or equivalent experience), experience with families and children, bilingual preferred, knowledge of evidence-based practices, strong communication, organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and comfort with a faith-based organization while upholding the core values of the organization.
