Job Summary
Support portfolio growth by assisting Payments Sales Managers with sales execution and client engagement activities; build relationships within client treasury organizations to understand needs and connect clients to internal partners; coordinate cross-functional deal activity, including solution development support, pricing inputs, and proposal workflow management; support RFP/RFI processes by organizing inputs, timelines, and deliverables with product partners; prepare client research and pitch materials and own meeting follow-ups; develop account plans and briefing memos to support relationship reviews; coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth integration with implementation partners; monitor onboarding, know-your-customer, and implementation requests; analyze transactional data to identify trends and risks; contribute client insights in partner forums to align solutions with client objectives; support product implementations and client service escalations by coordinating stakeholders and driving timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in cash management, treasury services, payments, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization, planning, and follow-through
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage internal networks to mobilize resources and drive outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to analyze transactional or business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Experience supporting client onboarding and implementation workflows, including documentation tracking and stakeholder coordination
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
