Job Summary
DMS Diver responsible for underwater tasks and compliance with diving regulations, requiring qualifications in diving, safety practices, and physical health.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of a professional diving school
- A minimum of two years of actual underwater work experience
- Ability to pass the written Diver 3 test with a score of at least 80%
- Demonstrated diving ability and preferably 50 or more working dives
- Demonstrated ability to plan dive operations requiring decompression and repetitive dives
- Documented 100 days minimum field experience on diving jobs
- Ability to pass an annual diving physical
- Willingness to accept exposure to physical risk
- Ability to pass a background check and drug/alcohol testing
Desired Qualifications
- Possession of a current U.S. Passport
- ADCI Card
- TWIC Card
- U.S. Government security clearance
Additional Requirements
- Highly preferred that qualified Divers reside in or within the surrounding areas of Longbeach, CA, or Miami, FL
