Diventures Dive Professional (Scuba Instructor)

Teach safe scuba while adhering to all industry standards and best practices, acting as a role model, scuba educator, and equipment advisor. Make product recommendations aligned with optimizing each customer's safe and fun diving experience in pursuit of their individualized goals. Lead domestic and international diving trips after completing trip leader certification. Collaborate with Retail, Swim, and Travel team members, along with the Scuba Program Director and Scuba Experience Manager, to drive positive customer experiences and profitable revenue growth. Stay up-to-date with all industry standards, best practices, training methods, and Diventures product and service offerings.
