Job Summary
Teach safe scuba courses while following SSI, industry, and Diventures standards in a positive, engaging learning environment. Build strong relationships with students by showing genuine curiosity about their goals and using the sales floor to connect education with equipment recommendations. Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately before class, maintain a clean and organized pool and training area, and promote local, national, and international dive opportunities. Partner with teammates across scuba, retail, swim, service, and travel to create a seamless customer experience while staying current with certifications and training methods.
Required Qualifications
- Dive Professional certification
- Ability to remain current with all certifications and dues required to instruct courses
