Job Summary
Districtwide Special Education Paraeducator provides instructional support under teacher supervision, assists with implementing instructional practices and health-related procedures for students with special needs, supports data collection and progress monitoring, helps maintain records and classroom materials, and participates in planning and implementing IEPs and behavior plans. Requires at least 48 college credit hours or an Associate's Degree; works 183 days per year as an hourly Classified role; assists with lifting up to 50 pounds and other duties to support inclusive, safe learning environments.

- Minimum 48 college credit hours or successful completion of the Kentucky Paraeducator Assessment or completion of an Associate's Degree
