Districtwide Exceptional Child Instructor - Learning & Behavior Disorders serving RISE STEM Academy For Girls 1.0 FTE

Instruct assigned classes in designated locations and times while planning programs of study that meet individual student needs, interests, and abilities. Create a conducive classroom environment, employ varied instructional techniques, and guide learning toward curriculum goals by establishing clear objectives. Assess student accomplishments regularly, diagnose learning disabilities, and provide progress reports as required. Maintain accurate records, enforce classroom behavior standards, and supervise instructional teacher aides and volunteers. Make provision for availability to students and parents outside the instructional day when requested. Attend staff meetings and serve on committees as required.
