Job Summary
Oversee the operation, quality, and profitability of up to 15 before/after school care sites within the Greater Philadelphia district. Analyze Net Promoter Scores to ensure family and child satisfaction while maintaining direct profit & loss responsibility for assigned regions and individual locations. Manage key HR functions including scheduling, hiring, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a collaborative, inclusive environment. Ensure all sites comply with state-specific licensing regulations and implement standardized operating procedures for safety, hygiene, and health screening. Act as the primary liaison with school administration, family organizations, and licensing agencies to promote programs at community events and sustain high-quality curriculum delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years as a multi-unit manager
- Direct P & L experience
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and manage deadlines
- Must possess excellent judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of child care licensing regulations preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment is a plus
