Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing and overseeing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff. Manage patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, inventory, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow. Drive growth by identifying critical business opportunities, implementing solutions to improve performance, and balancing assignments that maximize colleague strengths while addressing development needs. Maintain patient care programs and ensure compliance with all state pharmacy licensing and DEA regulations. Apply acquired knowledge to differentiate CVS from competitors and foster a caring team culture. This part-time role offers 20 weekly hours with a base pay range of $60.00 - $76.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
