District Support Pharmacist - PT

District Support Pharmacist (PT) provides district-wide coverage to fill pharmacist shifts, support pharmacy teams, supervise day-to-day pharmacist duties, and oversee medication dispensing, immunizations, and patient care across CVS Health stores. Responsibilities include travel within the district to cover shifts, ensuring safe prescription fulfillment, guiding pharmacy staff on workflow and safety procedures, serving as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts, coaching the team to deliver compassionate care, administering immunizations (COVID/Flu and other permissible vaccines), maintaining inventory with emphasis on cold chain protection, supporting access to care and pharmacologic services, and complying with federal/state regulations and CVS policies. Requires active pharmacist license, NPI, and ability to travel within a reasonable radius; roles demand strong customer service, communication, and problem-resolution skills, with flexibility to adapt to scheduling and business needs.
