Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist PT helps cover pharmacist shifts across the district, supports pharmacy teams with safe dispensing, immunizations, patient counseling, inventory management (including cold chain), and guidance to the Pharmacy Manager. Responsibilities include traveling within the district to fill shifts, serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts, ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment, addressing insurance and/or medication issues, delivering immunizations, coaching technicians, maintaining compliance with federal/state laws and CVS policies, and supporting patient access to care through pharmacist-delivered clinical services (e.g., testing and prescribing where permissible). Must hold an active pharmacist license and NPI, and travel within a reasonable radius; anticipated weekly hours around 29 with a part-time schedule.

- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
