Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and managing all aspects of the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory. Balance daily duties of patient care program adoption with personnel management, workflow optimization, and loss prevention to drive financial profitability. Motivate and develop your team by balancing assignments that maximize strengths while addressing knowledge gaps, then lead them to achieve specified growth goals. Adapt to community healthcare changes and align the team around purpose to deliver better outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
