Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while overseeing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, inventory management, and financial profitability. Manage patient care programs, drive growth through business opportunity identification, and implement solutions to improve pharmacy performance. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments that maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Adapt to change, collaborate on meaningful solutions, and actively contribute to a team culture that promotes caring and energy.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
