Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist (Part Time) covers district pharmacist scheduling gaps, acts as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts, supports safe and accurate dispensing with counseling and immunizations, helps manage pharmacy workflow, oversees inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and contributes to patient care through clinical services (including testing and prescribing where permissible). Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts; maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies; coach and support pharmacy team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
