Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by managing patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and inventory while supporting the Pharmacy Manager and directing pharmacy technician staff. Balance daily patient care program adoption with workflow optimization to drive financial profitability and loss prevention. Motivate the support team by assigning tasks that maximize strengths and address development gaps, ensuring alignment with growth goals and community healthcare standards. This part-time role requires 29 weekly hours and an active pharmacy license.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
