Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager by directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory, and financial profitability. Manage patient care programs, balance staff assignments to maximize strengths and address development needs, and identify business opportunities to drive growth and performance. Implement solutions to achieve specified goals while adapting to community healthcare changes and fostering a caring team culture. This part-time role requires an active pharmacy license, a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy, and immunization certification. Hours are 10 weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
