Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist (Part Time) overlaps pharmacy teams across CVS Health stores to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps, support pharmacy operations, ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, enable immunizations, manage inventory with emphasis on cold chain, and provide clinical care and patient counseling. Responsible for acting as Pharmacy Manager proxy during bench shifts, mentoring technicians, resolving insurance/medication issues, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws and CVS policies, and traveling within the district to support market staffing and patient care needs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
