Job Summary
District Support Pharmacist (Part Time) responsible for covering pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, supporting pharmacy teams in stores, overseeing pharmacy workflow, ensuring safe dispensing and counseling, and delivering immunizations. Travel within the district to fill shifts; act as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts; coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate patient care; assist with inventory management and protect cold chain products; support testing and prescribing services where permissible, while complying with applicable laws and CVS Health policies. Requires a current pharmacist license and NPI, strong patient-care orientation, collaboration with the healthcare team, flexibility for scheduling and business needs, and ability to participate in required trainings; 20 hours per week anticipated with rate between $60-$76 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
