Job Summary
Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff while managing all aspects of pharmacy operations, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, and inventory control. Balance assignments to maximize team strengths, address development opportunities, and decrease knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve performance by implementing solutions that support patient care programs and healthy outcomes. Maintain empathy and compassion for patients, customers, and colleagues while fostering a culture of caring and enthusiasm. Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
