Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations by supporting the Pharmacy Manager in directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial profitability. Oversee patient safety, quality assurance, and workflow management while implementing patient care programs and loss prevention strategies. Motivate and develop support staff by balancing assignments to maximize strengths and address knowledge gaps. Identify critical business opportunities to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance. This part-time role (25 hours/week) offers a base pay of $60.00 - $76.00 and includes benefits such as dental, vision, and wellness resources.
Required Qualifications
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e. APhA)
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
